After exploring many countries, Ceci and Victoria arrived in Greece from Hong Kong, captivated by the weather, the land, and the people. Inspired by their love for their homeland's flavors, they decided to introduce authentic Hong Kong cuisine to the Western world by opening a restaurant in Athens. Before finding the perfect location, they visited several Chinese restaurants in the city, realizing there wasn't a single establishment dedicated to Hong Kong's culinary traditions.
With their hometown's vibrant tastes in mind, they set out to create a modern, design-driven restaurant serving authentic Hong Kong cuisine. Nestled in the heart of Athens, their establishment offers a delightful dining experience, whether it's for lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, or siu yeh (late night meal), perfect for gatherings with friends, family, or even work meetings on the top floor, equipped with sound system and projector screen.
The restaurant also caters to special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter, and other Chinese traditional events, providing a unique opportunity to celebrate in style.

Ταξιδεύοντας σε διάφορες χώρες η Ceci και η Victoria ήρθαν στην Ελλάδα όπου και ερωτεύτηκαν τον καιρό, τους ανθρώπους και τον τρόπο ζωής. Θέλοντας να μείνουν εδώ αποφάσισαν να ανοίξουν ένα εστιατόριο με αυθεντικές γεύσεις από την παραδοσιακή κουζίνα του Χονγκ Κονγκ. Πριν αποφασίσουν την τοποθεσια του εστιατορίου επισκέφθηκαν κάποια κινεζικά/ασιατικά εστιατόρια στην Αθήνα και συνειδητοποίησαν πως δεν υπάρχει αυθεντικό χονγκονεζικο εστιατόριο όπως σε άλλες πόλεις της Ευρώπης. Έχοντας λοιπόν στο μυαλό τους την πατρίδα τους και τις γεύσεις της ξεκίνησαν να δημιουργήσουν το Ceci Hong Kong restaurant συνδυάζοντας τη μοντέρνα διακόσμηση και τις παραδοσιακές γεύσεις. Το εστιατόριο τοποθετείται στην καρδιά της Αθήνα όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε μεσημεριανό, απογευματινό τσάι, βραδινό και siu yeh (βραδινό όπου σερβίρεται μέχρι αργά) είτε με φίλους, οικογένεια ή ακόμα και ένα meeting με πελάτες σας ή μεγάλα στελέχη της εταιρείας σας με εξοπλισμό παρουσίασης και ηχοσύστημα. Μπορείτε επίσης να γιορτάσετε την επέτειο σας, τα γενέθλιας σας, Χριστούγεννα, πρωτοχρονιά, Πάσχα και διαφορες άλλες παραδοσιακές κινεζικές εκδηλώσεις.

來自香港，出身名廚之家，母親燒得一手好菜，自幼便受熏陶，與傳統粵菜結下不解之緣。作為負責監督所有廚房運營、菜單製作和廚師管理的行政總廚，烹飪是她的熱情所在，她掌握了多種技術，使她能夠將任何食材轉化為美味佳餚。對烹飪美食充滿熱誠，能以多種烹煮方法駕馭任何食材，其獨特創意的料理深得中外顧客喜愛。
Hailing from Hong Kong, she was born into a family renowned for its exceptional chefs. Her mother's amazing culinary skills instilled in her an inseparable bond with traditional Hong Kong cuisine from a tender age. As the highest-ranking chef responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu creation, and kitchen staff management, cooking is her passion, and she has mastered a diverse array of techniques, enabling her to transform any ingredient into a delectable dish. Her unique and creative culinary creations have garnered widespread acclaim from both Chinese and international patrons, captivating palates with her innovative interpretations of Hong Kong's iconic flavors.

來自香港，主修時裝設計，繼而進修3D和室內設計，擁有獨特的審美眼光。她對攝影和旅行有著濃厚的熱忱,經常奔走世界各地,汲取創作靈感。 懷著對美食的無盡熱愛,她樂於探索各種不同的美食文化、酒類和中國傳統餐飲的底蘊。
A native of Hong Kong, she pursued a degree in fashion design while also studying 3D and interior design, cultivating a unique aesthetic perspective. Photography and travel are among her profound passions, and she frequently embarks on journeys around the globe to gather inspiration. With a deep appreciation for gastronomy, she delights in exploring diverse cuisines, wines, and the rich culture surrounding Chinese culinary traditions.
